ANALYSIS OF THE INSPECTORATE'S INTERNAL SUPERVISION IN THE SELF-ASSESSMENT EVALUATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF BUREAUCRATIC REFORM IN BALANGAN REGENCY

This study aims to analyze the Inspectorate's Internal Supervision in the Self-Assessment Evaluation of Reform Implementation in Balangan District. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive techniques. The data collected is a review of coaching and influencing factors. Data collection is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The implementation of the review and evaluation was carried out in a hurry, even direct and periodic monitoring has not been carried out for all SKPD, furthermore, in its implementation, evaluation has not been carried out as a corrective step if there are errors and/or in the implementation of this PMPRB evaluation.
