THE PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF BINTANG NINGGI II VILLAGE, NORTH BARITO REGENCY, CENTRAL KALIMANTAN WITH PT. SUPRABARI MAPANINDO MINERAL) IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partnership between the government of Bintang Ninggi II Village and PT. Suprabari Mapanindo Mineral (SMM) in implementing the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program and to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors for the implementation of the CSR Program in Bintang Ninggi II Village. Partnership is a combination of various parties who are able to work together, are equal, transparent and mutually beneficial through good coordination and communication and have the same views and respect between the two parties. The research method uses a qualitative approach. This research was conducted in Teweh Selatan District, North Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan. The focus of the research was determined from the existing problems related to the partnership between the Bintang Ninggi II Village Government and PT Suprabari Mapanindo Mineral (SMM) in the implementation of the CSR Program. The results showed that in the implementation of CSR PT. Suprabari Mapanindo Mineral (SMM) and the Bintang Ninggi II Village Government have many programs that have been implemented in partnership. And between the two parties there is also creative collaboration in the fields that have partnered. The partnership program of the Bintang Ninggi II Village government with PT. SMM is a program of economics and infrastructure development, education, social welfare, health, sports, and youth.
