Abstract

This study aims to find out and understand to know the Implementation of Management of Operational Educational Assistance (BOP) in the Implementation of Early Childhood Education (Study at the Education Office of the North Barito Regency Government and to Know the Implementation of Management of Operational Educational Assistance (BOP) in the Implementation of Early Childhood Education (Study at the Education Office of the North Barito Regency Government). The research method uses a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at the Education Office of the North Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan, the focus of the research determined from the existing problems was related to the implementation of the Management of Education Operational Assistance (BOP). Based on the results of the research discussed in the previous chapter, conclusions can be drawn 1. The main problem in terms of communication carried out by the Education Office of North Barito Regency is that there has been no good communication and coordination between the Management of Education Operational Assistance (BOP) and PAUD. 2. The main problem experienced by the Education Operational Assistance Manager (BOP) is the lack of personnel resources. Almost at every stage of management, both in terms of quantity and quality. The current number of personnel resources in the Education Operational Assistance Management Section (BOP) when compared to the existing PAUD, and the current workload is still not ideal. 3. Disposition, and attitude of implementers at the Education Office of North Barito Regency are classified as good, obedient and loyal to the tasks that have been given related to the implementation of Education Operational Assistance Management (BOP). However, in other parts or related elements, there are still individuals who do not have the same commitment to the successful implementation of the Education Operational Assistance Management (BOP) process. It is undeniable that there are PAUDs who do not understand the preparation of reports and do not update the dapodik data so that the BOP funds cannot be disbursed. 4. The existing bureaucratic structure in the Education Office of North Barito Regency and PAUD is still not able to optimize performance. This is because the bureaucratic structure has not yet divided its duties proportionally and ideally.
