Abstract

At present the object of study or the scope of study of Philosophy of Law is not only a matter of legal objectives, but every problem that is fundamental in nature related to legal issues. In other words, today's Legal Philosophy is no longer the Philosophy of Law of philosophers as in the past, but is also the result of the thoughts of jurists (theorists and practitioners) who in their daily tasks face many problems related to social justice in society.
